Dottori Kun C2 cap value

Hi everyone,

Can someone tell me the value of capacitor C2 on Dottori Kun? The round red one opposite of the Jamma edge. I got a board that has some bad video and noticed this cap has a broken leg.

So 10uf 16v. Also I would be surprised if that fixes a video issue -- it's just connected to the 5v on the Z80 and probably runs fine without it.
