Hatsune Mike
Champion
I've got a bunch of these to clear out. I'm saving up for a particular programmer that's very pricy.
BK Precision 864 - $150
This thing is a champ - it has been the most reliable programmer I've used, and supports even the old weird BPROMs and ancient EPROMs with weird voltages. It has a 48-pin socket, so it can do larger EPROMs without any adapters or fiddling.
Includes unit, parallel port cable, PCI-E parallel port card, and power supply.
I have two of these on hand.
EETools Chipmax II - $300
This one is a USB-based programmer. It also has a 48-pin socket, and the supported device list is good. It even does NAND flash with an adapter.
Includes unit, USB cable, and power supply.
