so i have a triforce that i had repaired , and then sent to Andy to have it flashed for the CF reader, but my issue is it just sits there now saying Error 26 Media Bard fault , so i was after any ideas please ?

Error 26 is an error with the keychip and this is where I would be looking at. Try a different pic and make sure that keychip reader is connected properly.
