Hello, I have a pretty curious question to see if anybody can help me out.
Recently Gundam vs Gundam NEXT PLUS has been played a lot online between a group of friends, and apparently Japanese people as well do this with PPSSPP, using of course the PSP version.

The graphics on this version are incredibly low resolution, I even attempted to upscale the textures to make it a tad better looking with not good results whatsoever.
We were talking about extracting textures from one of our friends HDD System 256 version, that way we either can make it look like the Arcade, or at the very least have better material to work for upscaling.
I already got access to the HDD files, but anyone has experience doing something like this? Any program I could use to extract just the textures?
