Hi all. I currently have issues with a TTX3 control PCB.
I can't get it to light any led, neither do I have any input/output.
I tried a different control PCB (I could only swap the PCI part, as I don't have any spare for the sub-board with the leds and dipswitches), same result.
I swapped the Taito motherboard for an Asus one, same with both Control-pcb.
When I swap the FP1 cable for a normal PC cable with leds and switches (power/reset), I get light (on the cable, not the control-pcb) and can turn the machine ON.
Could anyone confirm if its possible to get the leds on the dipswitch board to light up without connecting the fast-IO cables (RJ45 type and JVS/USB looking).
note : I recently swapped the PSU as it was dead and did a BIOS reset.
I also tried to connect the control boards with RS1 and connect FP1 pin 9 to 5V, still no dice.
At this point I don't know which part could be defective.
- motherboard. I tried 2, they both boot
- control PCB, I tried 2 as well, they're both not working properly.
- bad BIOS configuration
- bad OS configuration (doubt)
- bad Fast-IO board (which is what I tend to think by now)
Any advice would help,
Thanks
