Yeah... assumed it was a messed up switch or something, but then I found this loose blue wire and figured that's probably the culprit. I don't have the manuals so I can't tell where it's supposed to go. I followed it back to either the button that's busted OR the headphone jack. FWIW, the light for the button works fine, it's just the input itself that isn't working.
