If you zoom in on the picture, you see he has the "smoking crack" region EPROMs loaded. It could explain it.

I'm going to report him for deception, that game was never "fun".
Fighters History Dynamite is the better version IMO.
There's quite a few MVS carts up on ebay.
Despite what the salty @jassin000 opinions will spurt, this is a super fun trash fighter.
We had a NYE FHD tourney with around 8 people, and were in tears by the end of the night.
