Filterboards - what are the blue components lableled "EM"

I am *this* close to fixing my Chihiro!

Em37 is broken - and I need to replace it - it is what passes the signal from CN5, pin 1 through to the mobo.

What the heck is this part? I have put together many circuit boards but have never run into this type of part.

They're 3-lead EMI suppression filters. Basically a ferrite bead with a capacitor to ground. No idea what make and model. However, since they're noise filters, you can just jump the outer pads.

Cant tell who the manufacturer is from your pics. But as Nem said its just an EMI Filter circuit referred to as LC (T-Type) Filter Network. You can jump it out as nem suggested.
