WTB Fluorescent tube and starter for NNC

Looking to replace the Fluorescent tube and starter in my NNC.
Quite hard to come by in Europe, so if anyone has some stock or knows a webshop in Europe, let me know

I use a normal (at least usa normal) f20t10 or f20t12... something like that. I could check if you need to know for sure. The point is you don't need an exact replacement, as you have some wiggle room in the bulb fixture. Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, I'm not sure what bulbs are normal in Europe.

I have some starter bulbs, I could see what it would cost to mail you one if you would like.

I will check if a local store here can supply either of those tubes, but I'm afraid they are just as rare as unicorn excrements in Europe...

I found a webstore in the UK whom sells the tubes and starters, but they only ship overseas with a MOQ of 10

Unless you really want to keep the machine 100% original, you can remove balast and starter and install a led TL replacement tube. Just don't use a type that has the individual led points visible as you might see them trough the marquee.
Arcade tl's often are a source of trouble since the ballast is usually a 60Hz type.
They heat up to much on 50Hz and the lamp voltages are slightly higher shortening the tube it's life.
European TL lamps usually are a few centimeter longer or shorter than the American types, but they should work as replacement tube if you choose a type with approximatly the same wattage.

I'd like to keep it as original as possible, I found a supplier in the Netherlands which can offer 3 different tube;

Fluorescent tube 20W 580mm rapid start
Fluorescentlamp 20W Japanes type (09) CW (Cool White - 4000K)
Fluorescentlamp 20W Japanese type DL 28 (Daylight - 5000K)


I'll just order some including starters as that would be a much cheaper solution then shipping from overseas.

Just ordered a 4000K and a 5000K, so let's see how they look once installed

If it's for a marquee backlight, cool white is what you need.
Warm white is for your kitchen light.

Agreed, warm white just looks bad.
