You can buy them directly from taito still, but extremely expensive. So if you don't really need to have original cylinders then buy generic ones that fit.

oh ok , generic ones would be fine , I just want to have one key for the locks minus the coin box lock. where do I get Generic ones that fit?
 
I don't know what shops you have in the US for that. But you should just be able to compare the measurements of the cylinders and then buy from any tool shop that sells lock cylinders. Otherwise arcade stores in europe, like smallcab, can ensure that you have the same key to all locks in the same order.
 
Also just now looking at your user name, are you the fellow on IG that has the ibara next to ibara kuro? :)
