There is a fellow bellow that says that he gets PVM/BVM for free/cheap $49 on his area.. maybe ping him and see if he can set you up.. I think that size should be ok to ship if the seller takes the BVM to FedEx and have them professionally packed the BVM for you and pay for insurance just in case.
