Free Play ( SHOW VERSION ) for DnD and AvP ?

Does anyone know which memory location toggled the SHOW version on/off in Tower of Doom and Alien VS Predator ? I'm pretty sure it's always in rom 03 . this page has some of the other ones. https://tcrf.net/User:Eientei95/Arcade_stuff#CPS2
