I got my Backbit cart in today and since that's working like a champ, I no longer need this cart. It's a blue one, in pristine condition, and this is the rewrite version of the menu, so it LOOKS like the V3 161 Menu with Athena on the front.

Click here for game list - It would be best to get the modified UniBIOS 4.0 from Leonk (or if someone has the ability to burn one, I do not) as its modification allows you to reboot the Neo by holding B when selecting Soft Reboot. Its not 100% necessary for functionality, but this will allow you to reboot the Neo without actually power cycling it.
