For sale is the original Matsushita (Panasonic) manufactured power supply used in Taito Egret II cabinets, and some other Taito cabinets such as Densha De GO.
All four power supplies have been fully recapped with high quality Panasonic FM and FR capacitors. The large filter cap has been replaced with a brand new Nichicon. (Panasonic does not make a cap in this value.)
All four power supplies have worked for me flawlessly over the past 10 years (before recapping, I should add), and should continue to work for years to come.
Why am I selling these? I am converting my Egrets to run on 120v, and these power supplies are only compatible with 100v input. As a result, I am switching to a modern Mean Well power supply.
Again, these power supplies require a stable 100v input. If your mains voltage fluctuates at all, you will not want to use these, as the +5V output can change depending on the mains input voltage.
