From what I see in the video, the game looks the same as the MAME version.

I really like the music and look of that game but...
It is weird because the gameplay is very limited, you don't really understand what you have to do and the game is very repetitive.

I don't know if it's just me that doesn't "get the game" or if it really is the game that is like that.

Mad Motor its not my style , i dont like it to be honest, but in this world are all kind of game collectors . In anyrate was sold yesterday

Yeah but this pcb cant be converted from other game released on Data East hardware ... only thing you can do on this pcb is a romswap eventually
