Here a couple pcbs that I consider to trade :

Bucky O’Hare with new sound module (Caius repro) : 360€+shipping SOLD

Strider Hiryu :
The A board is 12mhz, solder side have seen better days, (scratches) but works perfectly, no broken parts.
B-board is 100% OG as is all the stickers.

I can't believe OP would accept a JPN Punisher for a Night Slashers.
CPS1.5 is worth maybe 1/3rd what that Data East board is worth.
