Garbled graphics and freezing

So I just got around to setting up my naomi 1 and I get garbled graphics on the character select screen on MvC2 and it freezes on Zombie Revenge. All the ram shows up as good on the main motherboard and on the net dimm. I'm guessing it's probably a power issue since I'm using an ATX powersupply with Mitsurugi-w's adapter.

Yes, check your voltages, both 3.3V and 5V.

That's what I figured. I don't access to my multimeter right now so I'll check on saturday.
