We sold 1 pcs Jvs to Jamma adpat Convertor to the customer.But after he receive and boot up,the pcb's light is on(I can make sure that the convert pcb works fine),while the screen doesn't show any information.Is there anything we can do?^+^,thanks for your help.

The Jamma to JVS adapter doesn't do anything to the video signal. What is your customer using to upscale the 15khz video? If the answer is nothing, there's your problem.

What he said. The monitor most likely isn’t picking up any signal, therefor it’s not showing any video on the monitor
