Getting Error 01 on Akatsuki Denkou Senki Cart

Anyone know why I'm getting this error? I got multi bios

This is one of the verry late release same with manic panic ghosts and all that japan stuff giveS error 01 with not the right bios. And if it still give you that with the right bios . You card is toast

also check the pins on the card slots maybe there is something bend

There have been quite a few Akatsuki Blitzkampf carts popping up from Chinese sellers on Facebook etc for prices that are a steal for this particular game.

We probably both bought our carts from similar sellers (I think I saw this particular cart on FB). Who knows if they were ever working, or if the trip to the US somehow killed them.
This makes 3 dead on arrival Akatsuki Blitzkampf carts I've seen in the last 2 months, so be careful everyone.

Can buffer chips be replaced or is the entire cart just dead for good?

No they can be replaced but that does not guarantee the working of the card and also it’s a job for a serious skilled smd person as Sega has fine traces that vanish before your eyes
