Golden Tee tracball issue

I recently replaced the rollers in my tracball as it would not register when pulling back. That is now corrected however, now when I put if I push it left it always goes right. Same thing happens when I aim right it goes right.
Any thoughts on why it always goes right when putting. It drives the ball straight on the clubs and irons...

I think your best bet is to replace the whole trackball as it will work a lot better than a used one because of all of the wear, new ones run about 50-60 bucks
