Golfing Greats 2: Split Buttons

Never seen these split 30mm buttons before? Anyone know how they’re wired o and if they were custom made by Konami specifically for this game or used by others?

There are some of these buttons on YAJ at the moment, with some nice pictures worth sharing:

They appear to be Sanwa screwable buttons, with two regular sanwa microswitches and 2 plungers.

They are no longer part of the official Sanwa catalog, but I assume they could be 3D printed or something.

Another pack of these buttons sold on YAJ for 18.500 JPY. It had this nice picture of the inside of the buttons and plungers.
