Graphic issue Konami Run n Gun

Got a Run n Gun boardcollecting dust for a long time, hooked it up and got some sprite issues (players and goal post).
Others graphics look fine...

If I tap the board near the parts around the jamma edge the sprites flicker?

Reflow the two smaller QFP ASICs ('055555' and '055673'), it's a common issue.
