HD6305 mcu

has anybody tried dumping a 6305 with a 4k maskrom as a 63705 eprom based device?

I've dumped (and programmed the UVPROM based ones) those MCUs before using an adapter to 27C256.

i did that.
i also included a 4MHz crystal & caps and the 2.2uf reset cap mentioned in the datasheets.

did your adapter have power-on-reset or a clock?
it's unclear if they are needed in eprom-mode.

My adapter contains only wires, with connections made as per table above.

IIRC in read mode Vpp must be tied to Vcc.
