little late to the party, but I wanted to say hi and that I've been a lurker in the arcade/Capcom community for nearly 20 years. For those of you old enough to remember, I was the donor named flashpant
that donated Vampire Savior to a certain someone at a certain site sixteen years ago. I've been actively collecting boards off and on since then. My gaming consoles may have come and gone but my modified MAS Super NOVA is my only console of choice for my boards. :)

I am based in Greater Boston and have a variety of Capcom boards (including a complete, battery powered (replaced by me) Third Strike USA kit that's a revision 1 and a battery-powered Progear No Arashi), along with a NeoGeo mobo & game (currently Metal Slug). For those of you within the 495 belt of the Greater Boston area, I'd be interested in meeting like minded people that are really into collecting and playing these boards as much as I do. Hit me up via PM or this thread if you're interested. My Third Strike skills are not too shabby!

The Boston classic gaming scene has been lacking this summer.
Seems the BitLabs (BitFest) people are putting all efforts into BitBar in Salem, so they haven't run any events.
I still haven't been yet, looks OK tho.

I made it out to Hadly Quarters two years ago (and met up with Chempop from Shumps/NG), cool place, nice guy, but haven't been again this year.
I met most of the "Mass Crew" at DJ Dellies pad in Somerville three years ago now I think?
If I'm being totally honest, did not care for most (a few chill dudes) of them (the feeling was mutual, Electric Grave posted about it).

I may have actually even met you at one point, back when I was selling my Blast City project cab I had a few come out to see it.
Thought one of them mentioned something about boxing at a Gym in Waltham or Watertown??? It was a "W" word I remember that.
Anyway your forum name being "GoldenGlover" jogged my memory of this event, so correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm always down to game, and I feel my SF3 skills are pretty good actually!
But I'm also a very honest and opinionated person, others have been bothered by this.

PM me if you wana setup a small gathering, I've got another buddy here in Somerville who might also be down.

Welcome! Please look around and feel free to ask.
