Just joined the forum and I am looking forward to learn as much as possible and contribute where I can.
What brought me to this forum is that I recently purchased an arcade cabinet, a Sega Blast City to be exact. It is actually an anniversary gift for my wife. It was difficult to find a seller in the US and cost me almost as much as the cabinet to get it shipped to NYC.
Anyways, the cab is in my brother's garage at the moment. We have completely taken it apart, documenting everything. We are now in the process of restoring the unit in every detail. I am also looking forward to installing a CPS2 Multi kit if I can get all the parts needed for it.
If anyone has any pointers, tips, things to look out for with this cab please let me know as I am just not looking to simply restore it but to also perform any mods/upgrades that make the unit better.
