Help identifying a Sega Sound Amp

Hi guys,
anyone could identify this Amp?

It seems similar to the "421-8741 model" and it has mounting holes to install a Nerw/Astro City PSU on top (maybe).
I am considering to take it to pair with my 400-5198-01X NAC PSU if it runs at 12v 1.5a.
Besides the empity mounting holes on the front panel, I noticed that respect to the "421-8741 model" it is sligtly longer and the AC IN socket has a different pitch

Anyway, I ended up installing a third part stereo amp to my NAC...
