Help wanted: Sega Triforce not posting.

Running it off of my Naomi power supply, tried with both a JVC to Capcom IO board at 15hz and a VGA monitor at 31khz (6th dip switch toggle) but not getting a video signal.

Any ideas?

Some more details: Stripped the system down, everything seems seated and connected. I do see some diagnostics LEDs on the motherboard, but I can not find any information about them...

Have you tried listening for audio? It should play a nice noise if it's booting at all

Yeah, no audio. Seems dead... or at least I can't figure out the issue. I do wish I could find a list of what the LEDs mean. The top two seem self explanatory, and would seem to indicate that my 5v and 3.3v power is OK. The other 8 I have no idea about.

You should replace the SMD caps on the bottom (base) board. Cap list here:
