help with a Darius Burst AC EX

I need some help with a Darius Burst ( in a Taito Type X2), the Pc wouldn't boot up in the machine so i have removed the PC and cleaned and re-seated all of the cards and now the PC boots up on my bench but it will only load to see point (see attached)

Is the game not loading because it cant find its I/O board, some other board or is there another issue with the pc?

There are a couple of threads about this:

In short, there a number of prerequisites to getting the board to boot (EDID check, two I/O boards) that it is probably not going to be practical to bench test it.

Thanks you the info, i put the PC back in the machine and it booted and loaded the game, so it just doesn't like being bench tested
