Help with New Versus City LED lights

I recently acquired a New Versus City and everything works fine with it except for the LED lights. I’ve opened the top of the cabinet and took a look at the wiring and the power supply and everything looks ok no visible problems of any sort. Can anybody help me troubleshoot this ?
