This summer I am looking for an arcade cab. One of the on,y ones I can find is a virtual fighter 1 cab. I know this is wired for Sega Model 1, not for jamma. If I can't find any other cab is there anyway to hook up jamma games in a Sega Model 1 cab as well? I know the main issue is that the monitor is 24khz, but is it also compatible with 15khz?

No, far as I'm aware the USA version of the VF cab used a Wells Gardner CRT that was 24khz only (not a dual sync or a tri sync).
You actually COULD do it with 15khz input into a Retro A1 scaler (VGA output) into a UVC (24khz output to existing CRT).
Sounds like a great cab for Model 2, Model 3, and System 24 games.
Yeah the shame is though I have a Neo Geo MVS, Hyper 64, Naomi 2 and stv all of which are jamma

Correction... Naomi 2 is JVS (can output 15khz with dip switch however). 
But yea, medium/24khz monitors are pretty much worthless IMO.
