how do I glue CPO on to Dynamo?

HI yo, quick question should I use m industrial spray glue to glue CPO to a Dynamo CP?

Most CPOs come with an adhesive backing. I've found adding more causes messes. If you do need to use a spray adhesive, the key is to wait a minute or so after spraying and allow the glue to set up. You'll have a much stronger bond.

Well this one came from ebay and is a F@#$ disaster, I told the guy the red and white are of the cpo has to be 8 inches. There's glue in the back but it doesn't hold at all, F piss at the moment $50 us for this piece of $h!#$
