How do I use a THS7374 to split one end to jamma and the other to a scaler?

I've been trying to record gameplay from a Raspberry Pi 4 running 240p connected to an arcade cab, since it's easier and I can play console games too. I want to amp the VGA output and send the signal to a GBS8200 with custom firmware while playing on the cab, so I though a distribution amp using a THS7374 would work. How would I set up both outputs so that one would work on the cab and the other on the scaler?

Forgot to mention: the VGA Hsync and Vsync are going through a sync combiner to make TTL sync.
