Hi Folks!
I *really* doubt anyone will need this, but just in case - I thought I would share. I have an old computer that I wanted to install an "internal" compact flash-> ide adapter, going into a PCIe adapter, so I could use the awesome tools that @rtw created for writing CF cards for Chihiro, Naomi, etc. The only problem with them is that you can't use any sort of external USB device to get the security code of the CF card, which is needed to write an image to it. So - I used a combinate of these devices:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000YAX13Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B097XS4SXP?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
along with a SATA -> floppy drive power cable, and I have a very nice looking front compact flash card slot now on the computer - way easier than ripping apart my main system to do these cards.

In case anyone has the exact same scenario as me - with this same computer and need, here is the 3dprint file to create the plate that goes into the same slot the floppy drive went (or the blank plate).
