Hyper 64 issue

Anyone out there know what's wrong with my 64? It a original non jamma release, I give it enough power, it boots to a blank screen, nothing on it. When I received it booted fine after a cleaning but just twice and never again. I feel it's the IO board but anyone have a idea?

the 1st revision is greedy in ampere + 5v.to power supply is quite powerful ?

Yeah I've had it on multiple power supply, and it's the same result every time now, even on the machine that got it to work the two times that it did.

I have a rev 1 board. Do you have the extra power cable connected to the front of the board?

When I got it to boot I did not, but I have tried it with the extra connector since and it did not work.
