Identify this chassis HITACHI?

I know this is a Hitachi chassis but unsure what model. Maybe someone with knowledge can ID it? It's DIRTY AF so I shall clean it and hope there's an ID or serial/model number to ID it, but for now I thought I'd try and share this filth. I'm surprised this chasiss even works with the amount or caked on dust bunnies etc. But I'd like to cap it for sure.

Here are clean pics of the chassis. I'm not sure if it's the GMK: 29FJ or 29FS2.

Also I attached some pics of cracked width caps? Would those cause my fold over issues at the top?
I'm surprised that's the only thing wrong otherwise a beautiful picture.

The poly caps are likely fine. Your issues lies with the electrolytic ones, I think.

I've made a cap kit list and mapped it for Peter over at arcadepartsandrepair so that others may use it. It should be available soon on his site.
