Identifying connectors for Namco I/O board

I need some help identifing these connectors which are found for the 1P/2P controls on my Namco Cyberlead I/O board.
If someone has the manufacturer/series that would be of great help as I would need both male and female connectors.

2nd question;
Does someone know the function of the top left connector?
It is no connected to anything and the markings near it say V.MINI
