There is no official Ikarua panel.

this is 100% of the official artwork:

Think about it. the game is 2-player and uses 2 buttons per player. why would they release a single player 8-button panel for it?

Honestly even the official marquee is terrible. 3rd party artwork for this game is mandatory IMO.

Well I could certainly see a 1 player panel being released, but yeah - not with 8 buttons.

The difference is that those games are designed for competitive or "vs" setup. To my knowledge there aren't any shmups designed to be used in this way; and even if there are, Ikaruga isn't one of them.
