im looking for serial number labels / stickers

Hello, im looking for a serial number label / sticker for my X Men vs Street Fighter.

i created one on my own, I am a graphic designer so it was easy with my original serial but i need someone who can print it on the right material and cut it.

maybe someone can help me.
