Selling a pair of genuine Initial D 8 racing cabs, includes server cabinet. These are nearly fully working (Cabinet B has a graphics card on the way which will be here in the next week or so). I replaced the CMOS battery and RAM in both Ringedge computers. I don't have any cards to test if the machines are reading cards or not, I can only comment on their mechanical functionality. I will test the link and server when Cabinet B is up and running.
EDIT 3/31/2025: New graphics card installed in cabinet B, both cabinets now fully operational.
Asking $5k obo. Located in Houston TX, willing to ship.
Cabinet A: Fully tested, everything appears to be in working order. Force feedback is working, all buttons are working. Steering wheel in very good condition. Card reader pulls in a card. Marquee intact and lights up. Original monitor. Seat has a couple long rips.
Cabinet B: Fully tested, everything appears to be in working order. Force feedback is working, all buttons are working. Card reader pulls in a card. Marquee intact and lights up. Steering wheel in average condition with some wear on the foam. Marquee cracked off at the top but lights up. Replacement monitor installed, better picture than the original monitor. Seat has rips.
Server: Server cabinet fully boots, running the network test on cabinet B indicates that there's link function but the two cabinets won't enter a linked game. I don't have the manual for this, I'm not exactly sure how to set up networking on this system. I believe there was originally a Sega ALL.net requirement but the servers are shut down. I've read there's some other methods of linking these machines but haven't researched any further.
