Is it possible to make a program to region patch Naomi games for Netbooting?

Hi

Yesterday I started using my Naomi after some time, and I found that Atomiswave conversion don't work if a modbios is installed, which is how I have it

I have them kind of working sometime ago, but they don't work anymore

After reading some threads, I found there is a common problem with modbios and that can be fixed by removing the modbios and installing a stock bios

I've also read somebody talked about patch the games instead of using the modbios

So, is it possible to make a program that will region patch the games before netbooting?

Even more interesting if the patch is done on the fly and not make it permanent, something similar like a flashcart will work

I think this will be done if finally there is a Naomi flashcart, but in the meantime, maybe somebody could create some loader

So, is it possible or I'm dreaming?

isn't it already exists ? region.exe from DIMMtools package.

it is also as simple as: open game binary in whatever HEX editor, change single byte at offset 0428h to FFh, save changes.

or you want to boot the games in specific country mode, with no need to change region via DIPSW ?
