Is there a premade sync regen circuit out there?

I have been using a Psone LCD screen as my portable test rig. Sync on some pcb does not always lock . Is there a premade sync regen cct out there or a schematic? I like to add something to the lcd instead of running out the the barn every time I get a rolling screen.
