Killer instinct pcb help.

Hello have a friend that has a ki pcb this is the problem..
Powered on with 1 red led and did not boot up or show video. Not working. Is missing hard drive

Anyone know whats wrong with it?

So the board is not dead ? I cant do anything to it i dont have it man.

@Killerinstinct69 it might be dead, no way of knowing unless you replace the HDD/CF and test it properly.
Seeing as how you can't do that, best to assume not working.

CF is a compact flash card that has an image of the hard drive.

A kit like this - and then you could test to see if the board is working
