I believe this is a bootleg , works and plays perfectly. Just no sound, looks like there’s a 10th pin. Is there a harness or a way to power the sound?

It's just a guess, but speaker + and - might be reversed in this bootleg. You'll need an inline JAMMA adapter that swaps the speaker +/-. The new HAS version will address this issue.
