A bit of context...

As of writing this first thread! I am 16 years old, I've been scouring FB Marketplace for sometime now for a good arcade cab, and I found this real nice Golden Tee for free.

Thumbnail is the cab loaded into my dads truck, as for current conversion progress, the trackball has been removed!

Gonna have to do some soldering work tomorrow, I have to hook up my JAMMA harness to the Golden Tee components, that's gonna be fun.

Any advice is appreciated too! Thanks for reading.

Accidentally killed this thread with a distinct lack of updates, as of now the cabinet is COMPLETE! Barring the marquee, I'm running a CPS2 on it with Marvel Super Heroes.

Learned a ton through this project, Malenko was a huge help with it all!

If I get anymore CPS2 carts, I'll add pics of them, as of now it's just Marvel Super Heroes.

Huge props on undertaking a project like this at 16. I got into this in my mid 30s and it all still seems daunting to me.

I'm by no means an expert on this but at a glance it does look like your monitor may need a recap or another type of servicing. There seems to be a distinct lack of green on that display.

I'm aware of the monitor issues, I'll definitely need to send it out for service at some point, but it looks fine-ish right now, just the angle I got it at.
