Lindbergh problem: Error 6 - IO Device Not Found... but not the typical solution- help,please?

Hello, neverending story with my Lindys, hope someone can help?:
the Lindbergh in my lets go jungle cab always shows Error 06. But is not the typical "Internal JVS I/O has orange light, just change it"- failure.
I have a Afterburner and a Initial D cab too, so I simply can swap the I/O`s. All 3 work fine on the other 2 cabs + When swapped the I/O, even the Jungle works fine, one day later Error 06 again (always, tried over 10 times) + as mentioned before, in the lets go jungle is no orange light, the I/O is green (it still blinks, when the Error screen appears)
So the I/O is not broken?!
I never heard of another problem when Error 06 appears, also can´t find anything using google or search in forums (as always...)
Any ideas?
oh- there is no corrosion visible, so that is not the problem, too.
I really have no idea, would be grateful for every suggested solution.

A bit of a PITA to change, but I would try swapping the actual motherboard to see if the issue follows that.

Hi, thank you for the answer and sorry for the delay. I allready swapped all parts- GPU,RAM,JVS,Battery and so on, so it´s kinda the same, when swapped all to another Board, right?
Next step, although I would not see how this could be the failure, would have been changing the P4...but SOLVED. Don´t know why, did nothing different, but the 1000st clearing cmos did it, it now is stable since 4 days, don´t know why. Same thing with a RE 2 years ago, Batterychange- cleared CMOS for hours, every day, 14 days long- dead. 1/2 year later tried again, same procedure- and worked. Sometimes I feel like I hate SEGA...
