go to sophia-corp.jp and find the board you want. Then follow the instructions in the "How to order" page.

It's a little bit involved, but it's not too bad. Basically you tell them which boards you are interested in and what type of shipping and they send you a total, and you Paypal them.

They have a Puyo Puyo and a Stack Columns board that are the cheapest for the multi kit.
