These things are everywhere on the west coast. Last year we picked up a lot of 5 of them up in Canada for I think around $150 USD each for shells with no monitors, and $600 for one with a working MS9 swapped into it.
ALL of these cabinets seem to have come from the absolute sketchiest, roughest arcades and will all look like they were dragged through the ocean. Expect cracks, holes drilled for security bars, hacked up wiring etc on basically every one you find. The most common monitors they came with were wei-ya universal chassis slapped on random TV tubes so they're all dead. In Europe they came with polos. Whatever ABS plastic they used yellows terribly and also seems to be a scuff magnet; I've left huge scuffs just by leaning parts gently against a wall. The monitor frames they used were custom, so unless you can find ones from a seller in China, you will have to fabricate something to mount the tube if your cab was missing it.
I have one I am restoring. Everything is repairable--the cracks can be plastic welded, the holes can be filled and the plastic can be painted. I sourced a monitor frame from a seller on Xianyu. I wanted to have it professionally sprayed, but considering that a mint, fully restored one isn't particularly valuable, I decided to rattle can it myself then wet sand and polish.
My point being is that since freight costs are so high right now, I would not bother shipping one across the country, even though we have a lot of them over here. Shipping alone will be more than the cab is worth. Best to try and find one on the east coast and do the work yourself.
