M3129 no video through jamma harness

Just got a blast city with a wei ya m3129 monitor. Getting video from the dsub but nothing via jamma. Is this monitor input dsub/vga only or should it support cga through the jamma harness? Any cables or connectors I should be looking for that might need to be connected? The cabinet is still wired through the Sega io board and I’m getting power and sound through the harness.
 
Fixed by finding the disconnected cga connector, and purchased a female vga terminal block and connected the wiring over the dsub. Seems the only signal input is via the dsub.
 
Yeah I think I’m missing that board but I was able to basically create one myself and it seems to be working except for on my MVS there is a vertical hold issue. I see that there is a different wiring diagram for SNK IC boards. Does that mean I should combine those sync wires if using an SNK board?
