MachBreakers to Outfoxies conversion Namco NB-1

I knew MachBreaker pcb is same with Outfoxies.

And I wonder it would be converted to outfoxies as pointblank could be converted to Nebulasray.

Does anyone who succeeded this conversion?

I really need your help.
