Hi!

I'm looking to buy a genuine copy of Martial Masters and a bootleg/conversion of Espgaluda for the IGS PGM.

I'd prefer to purchase from an seller within the EU in order to save on shipping costs, potential taxes and import duties etc., but I'm willing to entertain offers from outside the EU if the price is right.

Sheep Nova from Taiwan is an excellent seller, price is great, but it will be heavily used if you care about that. Also, usually no art.

I have bought a lot from him and had a great experience every time. I’m at the point I pay as a friend to avoid him getting fees, to show you the trust level. Also just email him your request, the site inventory isn’t the end all.
 
Completely agree with xtrasmiley,I have also bought a few bits from sheepnova and have had great experience also items always well packaged and delivered quickly, He helped me find martial masters when I was looking a few months ago great seller to deal with .

The cart is going to spend its time being stored in a cardboard box or inserted in the PGM inside a cupboard, so I'm not looking for a shelf queen. Since I don't (yet) own a cab, I don't care for artsets, either.

Thanks for the tip, but I've already reached out to Sheepnova a few times before. Sadly, he/they have come up empty handed so far. Hence this thread.
 
Martial Masters shows up on eBay every couple months, usually for around $200 or so. I have an alert for it, but I don't want it badly enough right now to spend that much. :)

The English version is harder to find and more desired than the Asian Version, and also comes as V1.04.

I'd hit up sheep_nova on eBay and I'm sure he'll get one sooner or later. He helped me out with a few titles in the past and always came through in due time on them (and at great prices).

Depending on how original you want things to be, there's a patched rom for USA V104 with the secret characters unlocked floating around on this very forum :)

The cart I bought looks like it had picked a fight with a pack of rabid dogs and lost (the label is torn and the shell is scuffed), but since I want to play it and not enter it in a beauty pageant, aesthetics are not an issue.

Glad you finally found one @dr_myslihiiri -- I actually feel this game is not really expensive at all... I paid roughly $200 for a minty US cart, and it's definitely worth that IMO.

Just remember, if more people "knew" about it, price hikes will happen -- all it takes in 2018 is for a YouTube jockey to make a video of it as a "rare long lost holy grail arcade classic, China's answer to Street Fighter " then claim that it looks fantastic in RGB under a microscope and claim it will never be emulated on MiSTER, and then you can expect to pay $500 in a matter of months ;)

The character animations are top tier and remind me of SF3TS, the gameplay is extremely fluid... it's a lot of fun, all my friends that play Street Fighter who've tried it at my place love it.
